Christmas Table Inspiration

With Christmas around the corner we can’t help being in a Christmassy mood here at Moi. So much so that we decided to inspire you with ideas for your Christmas Eve table. Inspired by the French Comptoir de Famille red brick range, and the traditional Christmas nativity scene, here is our take on a very merry dinner table. Clockwise from top:

4th Avenue Parkhurst Candelight Shopping 2011

Last week Thursday, 24 November, saw our Moi store in Parkhurst, together with the other traders in 4th Avenue, celebrate our first Candlelight Shopping evening for 2011. With all the traders taking part and trading into the evening, it was a shopping experience enjoyed by all! Thank you to all our friends and clients for your support that evening...our second Candlelight Shopping evening will be held this Thursday, 1 December at BOTH Moi Stores! Duncan Yard is hosting its very first Alfresco Shopping Evening for Christmas and Parkhurst is hosting its second Candlelight Evening this Thursday. Hope to see you there! And happy shopping xx

Join us this festive season at our store in Parkhurst for our annual 4th Avenue Candelight Shopping evenings, 24 November & 1 December 2011! Parkhurst 4th Avenue Candelight Shopping 2011

It's that time of year again where the whole of 4th Avenue in Parkhurst, Johannesburg, gets into the festive spirit by hosting 2 late night trading evenings. On Thursday 24 November and Thursday 1 December, come and enjoy late night shopping and a bit to on one of Joburg's most loved streets, 4th Avenue! Starting from 5pm till late, shops stay open for your shopping pleasure and restaurants buzz with cafe style diners. This year, we Moi Decor in Parkhurst will be hosting a candy bar and selling teddies on behalf of the Bear Hug Project, a local charity committed to helping kiddies with cancer. Our French stock has arrived!

For those of you who have been eagerly waiting for our French items, they have arrived! Both stores (in Parkhurst and Duncan Yard) now stock the latest Comptoir de Famille homeware, including runners, serviettes, napkins, tea towels, round and square chairpads and the popular handmade savon soaps... as well as some other pretty goodies. Pop into one of the stores to see! Happy shopping x

Laguiole at Moi Decor!
